The Wüsthof bread knife from the Performer series is ready to use as a versatile kitchen helper. The typical Wüsthof bolster ensures safe working. 

The blade is made from one piece of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and has a DLC coating. This is a diamond-like carbon that is quite strong. The blade not only looks fantastic, but is also protected against high temperatures, acids and scratches. The knife handle fits particularly well in the hand. 

We recommend rinsing and drying the Wüsthof knife from the Performer series immediately after use. Never clean in the dishwasher or leave in water for a long time.
